Senior Pricing Actuary

ppMS Reinsurance is a global reinsurer domiciled in Switzerland, with underwriting offices in Zurich, Bermuda, Miami, and New York. /ph3Role Overview /h3pAs an Actuarial Pricing Analyst, you will provide actuarial support for underwriting decisions and our financial targets. You will contribute to the Technical Pricing Framework, ensure models meet pricing standards, and support the modernization of pricing tools and infrastructure. You will also use internal and external data to enhance pricing models, build strong relationships with Zurich-based underwriters, and deliver training as needed. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDeliver timely and accurate actuarial input that contributes to underwriting decision making and MS AAG financial targets. /liliContribute to and support the Technical Pricing Framework for MS Re’s business written out of Zurich. /liliEnsure models meet the Reinsurance Pricing policy and standards in respect of technical pricing and rate monitoring. /liliSupport and help drive the model modernization effort within and across MS AAG, collaborating within the pricing and development teams to migrate to the strategic Technical Pricing infrastructure. /liliAnalyze external and internal data to support technical pricing models. /liliDevelop a strong working relationship with all Zurich based Underwriters. /liliArrange and deliver underwriter training as required. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliQualified actuary with 5‑10 years of relevant industry experience and knowledge of reinsurance pricing. /liliExcellent communication skills in English; fluency in German, Italian, and French is a plus. /liliStrong quantitative analytical and IT skills – particularly MS Excel, VBA, and SQL experience; programming (R or Python) and data visualization tools (MS Power BI or QlikView) would also be beneficial. /liliAbility to work well under pressure and attention to detail. /liliMust be well organized with the ability to use initiative and self‑manage while being able to work effectively in a team environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
