Stellenbeschreibungph3Team Leader – EHS and Quality /h3 pThe purpose of the Team Leader role is to develop and lead a team of analysts to consistently deliver outstanding safety, quality, service, and value at the Nyon site. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEHS Responsibilities – All Associates: Know, understand, and comply with all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines. Report unsafe conditions, all injuries, illnesses, and hazardous material releases. Wear personal protective equipment, attend EHS training programs, and follow all safe work procedures. /li liQuality Responsibilities – All Associates: Adhere to all Quality Compliance standards (Data Integrity, Deviation, Lab Investigation, etc.) including QMS policy and regulatory requirements. /li liJob Responsibilities: 1) Compliance – Ensure compliance with EHS, cGMP, and Quality standards. 2) Conduct safety and quality investigations as needed. 3) Lead by example in adhering to company policies and procedures. 4) SME during audits. /li liPeople Leadership: Full leadership of a team of analysts within a fast‑moving FMCG production environment, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, compliance, and output standards. /li liProcess Management: Establish and confirm standards (4M’s: Material, Manpower, Method, Measurement) for managing safety, quality, and output. /li liUse Haleon systems (SAP, LIMS, Veeva, Workday) for analytical batch record and results, lead time, quality procedure and testing procedure. Update and create analytical SOP, WI and Testing Instructions. /li liPerformance Management: Use tools for problem‑solving and performance management. Drive real‑time issue identification, resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as lead investigator. /li liTalent Development: Identify and develop key talent within the team, ensuring regular development plans are executed. Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback. /li liResource Management: Oversee task assignment, staffing, and recruitment efforts. /li liProject Implementation: Coach and support implementation improvement projects, managing scope, schedule, and cost. /li /ul h3Knowledge / Education / Experience Required /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field. /li li3–5 years in a leadership role within a laboratory environment in the pharmaceutical industry. /li liPreferred: Experience in an FDA‑regulated environment, GMP requirements, project management, SAP. /li liUnderstanding of Root Cause Analysis. /li liAbility to lead teams through change and drive continuous improvement. /li liAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunities /h3 pHaleon is committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
