Head of Cyber Security Engineering

ph3Mission /h3 pLead the Bank’s Cyber Engineering function to design, build, and operate secure‑by‑design platforms and controls that proactively prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats. Own the end‑to‑end engineering roadmap for cyber capabilities, ensuring resilience, reliability, and compliance across hybrid on prem and cloud environments. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and execute the cyber engineering roadmap aligned to the Bank’s risk appetite and business goals. /li liBuild, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team across security engineering, DevSecOps, and cyber platform operations. /li liOwn budget, vendor strategy, and capacity planning for cyber tooling and platforms. /li liEstablish and enforce security‑by‑design and security‑by‑default patterns across infrastructure, applications, and data. /li liIndustrialize security controls via automation, IaC, and CI/CD integration; shift‑left security in development lifecycle. /li liOwn the roadmap, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise‑class security platforms (e.g., EDR/XDR, PAM, CSPM, DLP, HSM, etc.). /li liEnsure availability, scalability, and performance of cyber platforms with robust SLAs and KPIs. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liVisionary cyber engineering leader with deep hands‑on experience and the ability to translate complex security requirements into scalable engineering solutions. /li liProven experience building and running security platforms in complex, regulated financial environments. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liSenior: 7-10 years of experience. /li li5+ years of experience in Information Security area related to one or more of the following domains: security architecture, security engineering and integration or secure application development. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFrench: fluent /li liEnglish: Strong advantage /li /ul h3Personal Skills /h3 ul liSelf‑motivated leader with ownership mindset; able to operate strategically while remaining hands‑on when needed. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management; able to translate technical risk into business impact. /li liStrong critical thinking, analytical problem solving, and decision making under pressure. /li liProven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive complex, multi‑department initiatives. /li liHigh integrity, resilience, and commitment to continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Other Requirements /h3 ul liSwiss Residence: Mandatory /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liAdherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility - Compliance with regulations and internal directives /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
