Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans for commercial products
• Ensure continuous product availability to meet inventory and patient needs
• Resolve short-term supply challenges and align stakeholders
• Balance demand and supply across manufacturing, logistics, and distribution
• Communicate supply decisions across functions and business units
• Manage inventory levels and support long-term supply planning
• Identify and address long-term demand and capacity risks
• Advise on network capacity strategies to ensure stable supply
• Lead product launches, including timelines and resource planning
• Drive lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

• Background in pharmaceutical or biotechnology supply chain is essential
• Strong understanding of regulated environments (GxP, GMP)
• Strategic thinker with advanced analytical capabilities
• Experienced in complex, cross-functional life sciences organizations
• Skilled in managing supply chains for critical healthcare products
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Data-driven and detail-oriented decision maker
• Proactive in identifying risks impacting patient supply
• Experienced in product lifecycle management within pharma/biotech
• Committed to continuous improvement in regulated environments
