This role is crucial in ensuring that the business strategy is executed through an engaged, motivated, and capable team. The role will ensure that our site maintains the highest standards in Environment, Health, Safety, and Wellness (EHSW) and Quality while achieving objectivesof Nyon site.br/br/bKey Responsibilities /b br/EHS Responsibilities–All Associatesbr/•Know, understand, and comply with all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) br/guidelines. Report unsafe conditions, all injuries, illnesses, and hazardous br/materials releases. Wear personal protective equipment, attend EHS training br/programs, and follow all safe work procedures.br/br/Quality Responsibilities–All Associatesbr/•Adhere to all Quality Compliance standards (Data Integrity, Deviation, Lab br/Investigation, etc.) including QMS policy and regulatory requirements. br/br/Job Responsibilitiesbr/•Compliance:Ensure compliance with EHS, cGMP, and Quality standards. br/Conduct safety and quality investigations as needed. Lead by example in br/adhering to company policies and procedures.SME during the audit.br/•People Leadership: Full leadership of a team of analystswithin a fast-moving br/consumer goods (FMCG) production environment, ensuring adherence to br/safety, quality, compliance, and output standards.br/•Process Management:Establish and confirm standards (4M’s: Material, br/Manpower, Method, Measurement) for managing safety, quality, and output. br/Use Haleon systems (SAP, LIMS, Veeva, Workday) for analytical batch recordbr/and results, lead time, quality procedure and testing procedure.Update and br/create analytical SOP, WI and Testing Instructions.br/•Performance Management:Use tools for problem-solving and performance br/management. Drive real-time issue identification, resolution, and continuous br/improvement initiatives.Act as lead investigator. br/•Talent Development:Identify and develop key talent within the team, br/ensuring regular development plans are executed.
