Our client is a major player in building technologies and security infrastructure in Switzerland. As part of the development of its activities in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Security Project Manager specialised in access control systems, video surveillance, and electronic security. As a Security Project Manager, you will oversee the overall management of projects and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

• Complete management of security projects: planning, budget, coordination, and operational follow-up
• Management of projects related to access control systems, video surveillance, and electronic security
• Coordination of technical teams, partners, and suppliers
• Interface between commercial, technical, financial, logistical teams and clients
• Monitoring installations and supporting commissioning phases
• Leading project meetings and progress reporting
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Managing client relationships throughout the project

Profile Sought

• Technical training ideally complemented by project management training
• Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in managing technical projects
• Experience in the field of security / electronic security essential
• Good understanding of access control and video surveillance systems
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Client-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• IPMA certification or equivalent: a real asset
• Fluent French, English appreciated
