In this role, you will collaborate with diverse, multidisciplinary teams and work on a wide variety of client engagements, offering you steep learning opportunities and meaningful client exposure. /p pbr/If you are looking to accelerate your development in a dynamic, flexible, and multicultural environment, we look forward to welcoming you to our team. /p pbYour key responsibilities /b /p liSupport clients with the interpretation, implementation and application of regulatory and operational tax concepts, with a particular focus on tax transparency topics such as FATCA, QI and Automatic Exchange of Information, as well as related reporting obligations /li liBe involved in practical, hands-on tasks, including guiding clients through onboarding rules, reviewing client documentation, applying tax calculation rules, classifying securities, and supporting tax reporting to both regulators and clients, as well as the management of operational tax functions and tax-related data /li liContribute to the development of holistic solutions, working closely with colleagues across Legal, Audit and Consulting teams, as well as with international teams across different jurisdictions /li liBe involved in client secondments and on-site projects on a regular basis, making up a significant and enriching part of your work environment /li liUnique opportunity to gain international exposure, with the possibility to work across different countries and language regions /li liBenefit from a flexible and comprehensive learning journey, including technical tax training, as well as opportunities to pursue external qualifications such as Swiss certified tax expert, LLM or other relevant diplomas /li pbWhat we look for /b /p liA recognized diploma in law, economics, finance or equivalent (federal, bachelor’s or master’s degree) /li liKnowledge on tax transparency topics (FATCA, QI, CRS, …) is considered as a plus /li liIdeally, a first experience in Swiss and international tax law in a consulting firm or a financial institution /li liAn excellent level of French and English (German and/or Italian are/is considered as a plus) /li liFast learner with strong analytical and numerical skills, combined with adaptability, flexibility, and a collaborative team spirit /li liYou have an bagile, growth-oriented mindset /b.
