pLumApps SAS is looking for a Customer Success Manager in Zürich, Switzerland. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of Mid Market customers to ensure their success and satisfaction. You will collaborate cross-functionally and leverage data to engage effectively with customers. /ppThe ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in French and English, and have experience in Customer Success or a similar SaaS environment.
