We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pThe Systems Engineer’s main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre‑sales and sales calls. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint (Pre‑sales). /li liAct as the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/educate customers on issues ranging from features, specifications, and functionality to integration. /li liBe conversant with networking applications and solutions. /li liProvide assistance to identified customers with post‑sales training. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liNative/fluent German/French. /li li5–8 years of experience in technical/pre‑sales support as a sales or systems engineer. /li li5–8 years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration. /li liStrong understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP. /li liKnowledge of networking technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, Anti‑Virus. /li liStrong understanding of protocols: RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, Firewall, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES. /li liExperience with encryption and authentication technologies. /li liStrong presentation skills. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
