The Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain will architect and lead DuPont’s next‑generation, AI‑enabled supply chain operating model, transforming how we plan, execute, and serve customers across all lines of business. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and lead DuPont’s enterprise integrated supply chain strategy, tightly aligned to growth and operational excellence ambitions. /liliDesign and deploy a modern, end‑to‑end supply chain operating model—clarifying decision rights, governance, accountability, and performance expectations across all lines of business. /liliLead the development and execution of a bold AI and digital roadmap, transforming supply‑chain decision‑making through advanced analytics, predictive insights, and automation. /liliServe as a thought partner to senior operations and business leaders, shaping how the enterprise uses data and technology to compete and win. /liliDrive measurable enterprise‑wide improvement in critical metrics, including On Time In Full (OTIF), inventory days, planning accuracy, cost‑to‑serve, logistics efficiency, and customer service. /liliUse advanced analytics to uncover root causes, prioritize the highest‑value opportunities, and accelerate results at scale. /liliStrengthen working capital and resilience through improved end‑to‑end visibility, disciplined execution, and smarter planning decisions. /liliBuild and lead a high‑impact Supply Chain Center of Excellence that serves as the engine for standards, best practices, performance management, and capability building. /liliDevelop a next‑generation supply chain leadership bench, fostering communities of practice, modern ways of working, mentoring, and continuous improvement culture. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree strongly preferred. /lili15+ years of progressive leadership experience in integrated supply chain, logistics, customer service, or related operations in complex, global industrial or manufacturing environments. /liliProven track record of enterprise‑scale transformation, delivering sustained improvements in service, cost, inventory, and end‑to‑end performance. /liliDeep experience designing and deploying end‑to‑end supply chain operating models in multi‑business, matrixed organizations. /liliDemonstrated success leading through a Center of Excellence model and influencing outcomes through governance, partnership, and credibility. /liliStrong financial and business acumen, with the ability to connect supply‑chain decisions to growth, margin, customer experience, and resilience. /liliHands‑on leadership experience with AI, advanced analytics, and digital supply‑chain modernization, translating technology into measurable business value. /liliWorking knowledge of IBP/SOP, ERP platforms, planning tools, network design, and digital supply‑chain ecosystems. /li /ulpDuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
