ppA privately owned and family-managed fiduciary based in Geneva is looking for their new Wealth Planner. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients and intermediaries /li liProvide tailored wealth planning solutions across trust, estate, succession, and asset structuring matters /li liManage and grow a portfolio of international private clients while ensuring high service standards /li liIdentify new business opportunities and actively contribute to business development initiatives /li liLeverage and expand an existing professional network of clients, advisors, family offices, and intermediaries /li liCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders including legal, tax, and fiduciary specialists /li liSupport marketing and client acquisition activities through networking events, presentations, and relationship management initiatives /li liEnsure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards /li liAct as a trusted advisor to clients on complex wealth structuring and fiduciary matters /li liMonitor client needs and market developments to proactively identify tailored solutions /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 10 years of experience in trust, wealth planning, fiduciary, or private banking environments /li liStrong expertise working with UHNW and international private clients /li liProven track record in relationship management and business development /li liEstablished professional network within the wealth management, fiduciary, or private client industry /li liSTEP qualification is highly desirable /li liExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills /li liStrong commercial mindset combined with a client‑centric approach /li liAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams /li liHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail /li liFluency in English required; additional languages are considered an advantage /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
