The focus is on hands-on software engineering, using GenAI tools pragmatically within the software development lifecycle to improve engineering effectiveness while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and maintainability. /p pbYour Responsibilities: /b /p liContribute hands-on to software engineering activities within modern development environments /li liApply GenAI tools effectively as part of day-to-day software delivery /li liSupport teams in adopting AI-assisted development practices in a practical and disciplined manner /li liPromote engineering best practices across development, testing, code review, and CI/CD processes /li liHelp improve developer productivity and engineering effectiveness without compromising quality /li pbRequired Skills Experience: /b /p liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field /li liSenior software engineer with 8+ years of hands-on software development experience gained within modern delivery environments /li liStrong hands-on development experience in Java, C#, TypeScript, Node.js and/or Python /li liProven practical experience using GenAI tools as part of the software development lifecycle /li liExperience with modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews /li liSolid understanding of software quality, security, maintainability, and engineering best practices /li liExperience working within Agile and collaborative software engineering teams /li liAbility to support and influence teams in the adoption of AI-assisted development practices /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li liPragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a low-hype approach to AI /li liExperience with GitHub, GitHub Copilot, or similar tooling /li liExperience enabling or coaching teams in AI-assisted development practices /li liBackground in developer productivity, engineering enablement, or engineering effectiveness initiatives /li pbLanguages: /b /p liFluent English (written and spoken) /li liGerman is an advantage /li pbRef.
