This is a remote position.
Associate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation benefits and social insurances in compliance with strict Swiss labor laws tax regulations (including cantonal variations) and social security requirements with following key activities.
End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage the full payroll cycle including data input calculating salaries bonuses deductions and child allowances.
Compliance & Social Insurance: Ensure compliance with federal and cantonal social insurance regulations (AVS AI APG AC LPP) and manage withholding tax calculations and reporting.
Data Accuracy & Maintenance: Update HR systems with new hires terminations salary changes and bank details ensuring high accuracy.
Reporting & Filings: Prepare monthly quarterly and annual reports for authorities (e.g. ELM STATPOP Salary Certificates).
Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding salary tax and social security inquiries.
System Maintenance: Collaborate with vendors or IT teams on payroll systems (e.g. SAP Workday Navision) to improve automation and efficiency
