As a specialist Mergers & Acquisitions you will play a central role in shaping and executing the Groups strategic growth agenda through high-impact transactions and partnerships. You will lead the identification evaluation and execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A opportunities contributing directly to long-term value creation and strategic expansion.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead and support end-to-end M&A processes (buy-side and sell-side) including origination execution and closing
• Build and maintain advanced financial models (DCF trading/comparable multiples and synergy-based valuation analyses)
• Coordinate complex cross-functional due diligence (financial commercial legal and tax)
• Prepare high-quality investment materials including investment memoranda board presentations management decks NBOs BOs and decision papers
• Support transaction structuring negotiations and execution in collaboration with senior leadership and external advisors
• Conduct in-depth market industry and competitive analyses to identify inorganic growth opportunities
• Evaluate acquisition targets partnerships and divestment options aligned with corporate strategy
• Support post-merger integration (PMI) activities adhoc financial analysis and financing initiatives

YOUR PROFIL

• University degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field from a top-tier institution
• 3 years of experience in Investment Banking M&A Corporate Finance or Transaction Advisory (Big 4 experience is a plus)
• Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise with hands-on transaction execution experience
• Solid understanding of M&A processes due diligence frameworks and deal structuring
• Healthcare sector experience is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English and French (business fluent); German is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced deal-driven environment
