Le rôle :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support a cross-functional team in its transformation toward a high-performing autonomous and product-oriented agile organization.

You will play a key role in fostering an Agile Scrum Lean and DevOps culture by promoting collaboration between business and technical teams. You will guide the team in continuously improving its processes delivery capabilities and evolution toward a sustainable product operating model.

Responsibilities :

• Establish facilitate and continuously improve Agile practices and delivery processes.

• Coach and support the team in achieving greater autonomy self-organization and agile maturity.

• Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies delivery workshops and agile events across the organization.

• Foster collaboration between Business Development and Operations teams.

• Identify manage and remove organizational or operational impediments impacting team performance.

• Promote Agile Lean and BizDevOps principles adapted to operational challenges.

• Work closely with Product Owners architects program managers and other Scrum Masters.

• Ensure transparency of activities monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.

• Support teams operating in complex transformational environments with frequent changes.

• Contribute to the alignment of practices delivery quality and agile governance.

Leadership :

• Demonstrate servant leadership and influence without direct managerial authority.

• Provide methodological and organizational coaching to teams.

• Support collective decision-making and employee accountability.

• Participate in capacity planning and workload estimation activities.

• Ensure the consistent application of Agile principles and practices.

What We Are Looking For :

Experience :

• Significant experience as a Scrum Master within agile teams.

• Proven experience supporting teams through organizational and technological transformations.

• Experience coaching cross-functional teams and facilitating complex environments.

• Strong background in ICT / IT environments.

• Experience facilitating workshops focused on delivery continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Key Skills :

• Excellent knowledge of Scrum and Agile Delivery practices.

• Strong understanding of the SAFe framework and the ability to adapt it pragmatically to team needs.

• Proficiency with Agile management tools such as Jira and related collaboration platforms.

• Deep understanding of delivery KPIs team performance metrics and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Ability to navigate uncertainty organizational complexity and conflict situations.

Languages :

• Excellent command of English in an international environment.

• German is considered an asset.

• Certified Agile Leadership (CAL)

DevOps & Delivery Certifications

• DevOps Foundation

• Leading SAFe

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent

Additional Assets

• Experience in DevOps Product Organization and Digital Transformation environments.

• Knowledge of scaled agile governance models.

• Coaching experience within rapidly evolving organizations.
