• Prepare balanced meals prioritising fresh and local products, respecting the specific diets of our residents, under the supervision of your trainers.
• Discover cooking and production methods, food preparation, and hygiene and safety rules.
• Acquire the basics related to the organisation and management of a kitchen, in accordance with the requirements of your training course.
