In this pivotal role, you will lead and continuously enhance the site’s Quality Compliance and Data Integrity (DI) framework, ensuring full alignment with regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and business objectives. You will act as a key driver of inspection readiness, quality system excellence, and compliance culture, working cross-functionally across the site and collaborating with global stakeholders. /pppbbYour main responsibilities include: /b /b /p /p liLead GMP quality systems and ensure regulatory compliance /liliDrive compliance governance and maintain audit readiness /liliMonitor trends, identify risks, and implement improvements /liliLead Data Integrity (DI) program and system compliance /liliPartner cross-functionally to ensure GxP adherence /liliLead investigations and ensure effective CAPAs /liliDrive continuous improvement and site-wide initiatives /liliRepresent site in global Quality Compliance forums /liliDeliver training and strengthen quality culture /liliCollaborate with suppliers on compliance topics /liliAct as deputy for the Site Quality Lead /lippbbWe are looking for someone who brings: /b /b /p /p liBachelor’s degree in a scientific field (or equivalent) /liliMinimum 4 years of experience in a regulated industry (cosmetics/pharma preferred) /liliStrong experience with GMP regulations and quality systems /liliProven track record in process improvement and compliance enhancements /liliExperience in Data Integrity and computerized systems governance /liliStrong expertise in CAPA, root cause analysis, and audit readiness /liliAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders /liliExcellent communication skills in English, German is a plus /liliStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities /liliExperience with SAP, electronic QMS, and training systems preferred /liliKnowledge of statistical sampling (AQL/ANSI) is a plus /liliSix Sigma certification is an advantage /lipInterested?
