ph3Project Manager – Process Improvement 80 – 100% (f/m/d) /h3 pHitachi Energy is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager Process Improvement to drive strategic optimization initiatives across business units. In this role, you will enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen overall operational performance through structured process improvements and digital transformation. /p h3How you’ll make an impact /h3 ul liLead end-to-end process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and A3 methodologies /li liDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics with stakeholders /li liAnalyse current processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities /li liDevelop and implement scalable process solutions leveraging best practices and digital tools and drive change management, including workshops and trainings to ensure adoption /li liLead CI method trainings (e.g. A3 problem solving) /li liMonitor project progress, risks, and performance, and report to senior management /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, IT, and other stakeholders /li liIdentify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus) /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in project management with focus on process improvement /li liMinimum 3 year of experience as continuous improvement responsible /li liProven track record in delivering complex process optimization initiatives Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /liliExperience working in cross-functional and international environments /liliAbility to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving business environment /liliEnglish is mandatory, German beneficial /li /ul h3More about us /h3 pOur flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow. /p pHitachi Energy is a global technology leader in electrification, powering a sustainable energy future through innovative power grid technologies with digital at the core.
