Stellenbeschreibung

ph3Position description /h3 pThe Business Technology team is composed of passionate technologists fully engaged in delivering systems that help our Finance, HR, and Operations teams do their best work. This role sits at the heart of our payroll and financial infrastructure — owning the administration of our global payroll platform (ADP) and ERP (NetSuite), while supporting the data accuracy that underpins our financial planning processes. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pYou are comfortable owning the administration of our core payroll and financial platforms — ADP and NetSuite — for a fast-growing, multi-national organization. You ensure payroll processes are accurate and compliant, keep the ERP running smoothly, and support the data flows our Finance team depends on for planning and reporting. /p h3Payroll Systems Administration (ADP) /h3 ul liOwn the end-to-end administration and configuration of ADP (Workforce Now preferred), ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across multiple entities. /li liManage user access, roles, and governance in ADP; coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll cycles, headcount changes, and regulatory compliance requirements. /li liMaintain and improve data integrations between ADP and NetSuite — ensuring payroll journal entries, employee records, and cost allocations flow accurately and on schedule. /li liTroubleshoot payroll discrepancies, manage the relationship with ADP support, and coordinate system updates and releases. /li /ul h3NetSuite ERP Administration /h3 ul liAdminister and maintain the NetSuite instance: user management, roles and permissions, workflows, saved searches, and module configurations (P2P, Multi-book, Intercompany, and others). /li liSupport month-end close activities and ensure NetSuite remains the trusted system of record for financial actuals. /li liLead change management processes — documenting, testing, and deploying system changes with proper controls and impact assessments. /li liSupport IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOX compliance requirements across financial systems. /li /ul h3Financial Planning Reporting Support /h3 ul liCollaborate with the Finance team to ensure actuals from NetSuite feed into our FPA tools (e.g., Pigment or equivalent) accurately and on time. /li liDevelop a working understanding of FPA processes — budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis — to support data validation and ad hoc reporting needs. /li liContribute to integration and data quality work between NetSuite and financial planning platforms as needs arise. /li /ul h3Experience And Qualifications /h3 h3Experience Technical Acumen /h3 ul liPayroll Administration (Mandatory): 5+ years of hands‑on experience administering ADP (Workforce Now preferred), including configuration, payroll processing workflows, compliance, and system integrations. /li liNetSuite Administration (Mandatory): 5+ years of NetSuite administration in a multi‑entity or multi-national environment; NetSuite Administrator certification is a plus. /li liFamiliarity with FPA processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) and exposure to at least one FPA or EPM tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or similar); deep hands‑on expertise is not required. /li liPractical experience with data integrations between payroll, HR, and financial systems via API or native connectors. /li liExperience supporting internal controls (ITGC) and SOX compliance across financial systems. /li liBonus: experience with Carta, FloQast, BambooHR, or Aptitude. /li liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. /li /ul h3Leadership Soft Skills /h3 ul liDetail‑oriented and highly organized, with strong ownership over payroll accuracy and data integrity. /li liAutonomous and pragmatic — comfortable operating in fast‑growth environments with ambiguity and competing priorities. /li liClear communicator, effective with Finance, HR, and technical stakeholders alike. /li liCollaborative and knowledge‑sharing by nature; values cross‑functional delivery. /li liValues "done" over "perfect", while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and deliver measurable impact. /li /ul h3Additional comments /h3 pThis role is based in Geneva. We are unable to consider candidates unwilling to be in Geneva, but we are willing to relocate the right candidate. /p h3We value diversity, equity, and inclusion /h3 pAt Sonar, we believe that our diversity is our strength. We are a global company that values and respects different backgrounds, perspectives, and cultures. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status. If you need any accommodation, please reach out to us at . /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
