The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, optimizing processes, and enabling teams to work more effectively through Kaizen principles. /p pThe position plays a key role in facilitating structured improvement initiatives such as Brown Paper workshops, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring sustainable implementation of process improvements.
