pbQuality Assurance Engineer – /bbRaumfahrt / Quality Assurance / /bbEN9100, ECSS, NASA, MIL /b /p pbSummary: /bThe Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation and verification of the Quality Assurance requirements. Quality Assurance Engineer will act as main interface to Process Engineering and Operations for quality and safety topics. The Quality Assurance Engineer will contribute to ensure proper execution of BG Quality Programme in accordance with Product Assurance Requirements at the manufacturing site. /p pbTasks Responsibilities:: /b /p liDevelop the Quality Assurance Requirements and Culture, ensuring robust quality processes, cost excellence for program quality execution through collaboration with engineering, operations and supply chain. /li liAct as main interface for Process Engineering and Operations for all quality and safety topics /li liEstablish Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) features in collaboration with Process Engineering and Operations /li liLead Non-Conformance and failure investigation whenever product and/or process requirements are violated /li liSupervise and direct Internal Manufacturing Assembly Integration and Test (MAIT) Process Development and Qualification for all relevant quality aspects /li liDefine and monitor Measuring and Test Equipment (MTE), Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Process Capability /li liPerform Quality Inspections as per Product Manufacturing Inspection Plan /li liPerform Key Inspection Point (KIP) and Mandatory Inspection Point (MIP) Documentation (Production Records) to verify Critical Features/Requirements /li pbMost important: /b /p liExecute Quality Assurance Program in accordance with Project Milestones /li liEnsure successful execution of the Customer, Regulatory and Internal Requirements for Operations Execution /li liConvert the Customer Critical to Quality Requirements into internal specifications and requirements /li liLead and coordinate the Internal Process for Non-Conformance Management /li liLead Operations Critical Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and investigation activities /li liModerate Process FMEA /li liDevelop Process Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) and Control Plans in collaboration with Process Engineering and Operations /li liEstablish Process Quality Documentation /li liSupport Process Qualification /li liContribute for Quality matters to proposal as part of the Request For Information / Request For Quotation /li liContribute as needed to Customer and Internal Audit as Quality Assurance representative /li liContribute to the Quality Organization Development (Training/Coaching) Most important output /li liContribute to Customer Satisfaction for Quality Performance /li liOperations Quality Performance /li liProcess FMEA – Process Critical-to-Quality (CTQs) and Control Plans /li liInput to the Product Quality data-package for Space Application /li liInput to the Final Product Qualification data-package for Space Application /li liInternal Root Cause Analysis and Non-Conformance Report /li pbMust Haves: /b /p liRelevant experience in the field of Quality and Continuous Improvement /li liBSc/MSc degree in Engineering or in a similar relevant discipline /li liKnowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL /li liAbility to quickly understand and analyse technical products/systems and their function /li liHigh level of theoretical skills in relevant fields with an adeptness to coach hands on practical elements „on the floor“ /li liExcellent written and oral communication skills in English /li liMS Office experience required /li liExperience in the application of Quality preventive methodology (5Why, Ishikawa Fishbone…) /li pbNice to have: /b /p liAny further language (German, French and Swedish) beyond English is a strong asset /li liExperience in other Space companies /li liAbility to work independently, as well as effectively in a team /li liExcellent critical thinking, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills /li liHigh level of enthusiasm and a passion for quality and continuous improvements /li liBrave and communicative person who is used to ask the tough questions /li li5% to 10% ability to travel nationally and internationally as required Behavioral Competencies /li pbReference Nr.: /b /p pbPosition: Quality Assurance Engineer /b /p pbIndustry: /bAerospace /p pbLocation: /bEmmen /p pbPensum: /b100% /p pbWorking hours: /bStandard /p pbStart: /bASAP /p pbDauer: /b /p pbBewerbungsfrist: /b /p p bSollte diese Position Ihr Interesse geweckt haben, senden Sie uns bitte Ihr komplettes Dossier via den Link in dieser Anzeige. /bFalls diese Position nicht so gut zu Ihrem Profil passt und Sie sich wünschen, andere Position direkt zu erhalten, können Sie uns Ihr Dossier ebenso via diese Anzeige oder an jobs(at)itcag(dot)com zukommen lassen. /p pKontaktieren Sie uns für weitere Informationen über unser Unternehmen, unsere Positionen oder unser attraktives Payroll-Only-Programm: . /p
