The candidate must be able to architect, design, layout, measure and productize SiGe and silicon-based ICs and be comfortable with frequencies above 30GHz. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTake an IC from concept through to productization /li liArchitect, schematic design, layout, hands-on laboratory characterization of high frequency ICs /li liManage project, support customers, work with test and application engineers /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDesign experience with 30+ Gbps transimpedance amplifiers, AGC and linear modulator drivers /li liDeep understanding of RF CMOS or SiGe IC design as well as analog design fundamentals /li liTeam leadership experience is an advantage /li liProven track record of mmWave, RF, and analog integrated circuit design /li liExpert knowledge of Cadence schematic design and layout /li liExperience with EM modelling tools are a plus (ADS, HFSS, Sonnet, etc.) /li liAbility to characterize products hands on in the lab /li liAbility to support a product through the entire product development and release cycle /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the specific ability to speak to various technical and management levels /li liWillingness to travel when required /li liB.S. plus 12 years of IC design experience /li liM.S. plus 10 years of IC design experience /li liPh.D. plus 6 years of IC design experience /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
