pAre you excited by the opportunity to solve complex challenges, drive meaningful change, and work with a collaborative team that values innovation and continuous improvement?brJoin our Technology On-Site team in Zurich, where we are looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results. /ppbWhat would your role be? /b /ppProvide technical support for hardware infrastructure and software applications in end-user environments. /ppTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues while offering guidance to internal clients across national and international locations. /ppManage and resolve tickets as part of Incident and Service Request Management processes. /ppAssist in preparing IT equipment according to predefined workplace requirements. /ppSupport the setup and maintenance of multimedia installations in meeting rooms. /ppActively participate in employee workstation relocations, primarily in Zurich. /ppContribute to hardware lifecycle and inventory management processes. /ppEnsure the availability and distribution of end-user IT materials globally, including inventory management. /ppCollaborate on IT projects, rollouts, and operational tasks. /ppProvide multimedia support for technical event management. /ph3bWhat are we looking for? /b /h3pCompleted apprenticeship in IT or equivalent qualification. /ppStrong experience in IT support, ideally within the financial services industry. /ppExpertise in Microsoft Windows client environments and the Microsoft Office suite, with strong proficiency in Windows 11 and M365. /ppKnowledge of networking, IP telephony, and printing systems. /ppFamiliarity with multimedia and conferencing systems used for presentations and virtual meetings. /ppFlexibility to work outside regular service hours when needed and willingness to travel for short-term assignments at national and international offices. /ppA service-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused approach, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. /ppA motivated, trustworthy, and dependable team player who can also work effectively independently. /ppFluent in German and English; conversational French or any other language would be an advantage /ph3bWhat do we offer? /b /h3pTop Zurich location with collaboration spaces (including rooftop terraces) and free lunch. /ppFriendly, diverse team in an open-office space. /ppAll the latest technology to help you excel and advance. /ppAgile environment in how we think, the way we work and our trust for each other. /ppFlat hierarchy with collaboration at all levels. /ppCampus feeling and a collaborative spirit. /ppWe are looking for talented people, not just a CV that ticks all the boxes.
