pbYour responsibilities will be to: /b /plipTake responsibility for the monthly closing and reporting, and statutory closing of Swiss entities as well as compliance /p /lilipBi-yearly closing of statutory books and preparation/review of FS, ICS matrix update /p /lilipEnsure quality of work performed in the Finance Shared Service Center for the Swiss entities (AP, AR, Treasury, GL, Expenses, VAT, etc.) /p /lilipBe responsible for proper Transfer Pricing application (%, mark-up, documentation, filling) /p /lilipAssume responsibility of tax compliance (Income tax, deferred tax, VAT indirectly) according to the rulings and respect deadlines /p /lilipReview of reconciliations (BS, payroll, DT, VAT, IFRS-Stat, SL-GL, etc.) /p /lilipBe involved in all projects affecting accounting (merge, acquisition of subsidiaries, acquisition of assets, sale of building, new loans, legal issues, new WHS) /p /lilipCooperate with external and internal auditors /p /lilipDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency /p /lilipParticipate in budget forecasting – sending monthly CC reports, providing comments on variances, responsible for allocation keys definition and calculation as well as update and communicate with BU controllers /p /lilipCollaborate with international teams and stakeholders, cooperate closely with other departments within organization /p /lipbOur requirements: /b /plipBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field /p /lilipHaving Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification /p /lilipIn-depth understanding of IFRS and HKFRS, including financial reporting and statutory compliance requirements /p /lilipIdeally more than 6 years of experience in similar positions in industrial, international environment with ERP system /p /lilipExperience in working with Oracle ERP system would be considered as advantage /p /lilipProficiency in English is mandatory; French or German language skills would be considered an advantage /p /lilipStrong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously /p /lilipAnalytical and data-driven mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach /p /lilipAbility to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure with stress resilient mindset /p /lilipExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across international teams /p /lilipOpen to occasional travel within Europe /p /lipbWhat do we offer: /b /plipA truly international, multicultural, and fast-paced working environment /p /lilipThe opportunity to work on impactful regional and cross-functional projects /p /lilipExposure to a highly automated and innovative production environment /p /lilipProfessional development and growth opportunities within a global organization /p /lilipCollaboration with experienced international teams and finance leaders /p /li
