Join a dynamic international team in Barcelona as a strongGerman Digital Marketing Client Success Manager /strong, where you'll work closely with German-speaking clients to optimize their online advertising strategies and drive measurable business results. /p pIn this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of their digital advertising investments while contributing to revenue growth and expanding the client portfolio across the EMEA region. /p h2Key Responsibilities /h2 ulliDevelop and implement customized digital advertising strategies aligned with client objectives. /liliAnalyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and overall results. /liliBuild and nurture strong client relationships through phone, video conferencing, and email communication. /liliIdentify growth opportunities and support clients in achieving their advertising goals. /liliConsistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. /li /ul h2What We're Looking For /h2 ulliFluent German (C1 level or higher) with strong English communication skills. /liliBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. /liliPrevious experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred). /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. /liliCustomer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. /liliGenuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies. /liliValid authorization to work in Spain. /li /ul h2Compensation Benefits /h2 ulliCompetitive annual salary between strong€24,310 and €30,000 /strong, depending on experience. /liliPerformance-based bonus of up to strong€3,000–€4,290 annually /strong. /liliComprehensive relocation package, including:ulliFlight to Barcelona /liliOne month of accommodation /liliAssistance with private health insurance /li /ul /liliFull-time permanent contract (39 hours per week, Monday–Friday). /liliExtensive onboarding and training in Google Ads and sales methodologies. /liliCareer development opportunities, professional certifications, and internal mobility. /liliCollaborative and multicultural work environment with regular team-building activities and social events. /li /ul h2Apply Today /h2 pTake the next step in your career and join a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can develop your sales expertise, expand your digital marketing knowledge, and make a real impact on client success. /p
