Manage, lead, and coach a team of publication managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of strategic publication plans across the Therapeutic Areas
Provide guidance on governance and industry standards to foster effective and compliant publications execution
Develop, coordinate, and standardise key operational processes and frameworks, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of publications activities
Liaise with medical colleagues and other cross-functional/regional partners to enhance the value of medical and scientific publications, whilst demonstrating their impact to the wider organization and the external community
Qualifications
Advanced degree (PhD) and/or certification in scientific medical field (i.e., PharmD)
10+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (e.g., Medical Affairs/Medical Publications/Scientific Communications)
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and their development
Deep knowledge of the highest scientific and ethical standards, enabling working in accordance with applicable rules and regulations
Fluency in English
Other European languages a bonus
