In this challenging and rewarding role you will report directly to the VP Group Accounting Controlling. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and consolidation process for all legal entities of the Company. /li liEnsure accurate and complete financial reporting and high-quality management information. /li liMaintain and improve the Company’s accounting and reporting framework to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal governance requirements. /li liSupervise the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements and ensure all financial information is accurate and delivered within deadlines. /li liOversee intercompany reconciliation and ensure alignment of reporting across entities. /li liAct as key contact for external auditors and ensure a smooth and efficient audit process. Provide accounting guidance and advice to the finance teams and management on complex transactions and reporting issues. /li liDevelop and maintain accounting policies, process documentation, and internal controls. Support the CFO in financial reporting to management and shareholders, including analysis of financial results. /li liDrive continuous improvement, automation, and simplification of accounting and reporting processes. /li liLead, coach, and develop the accounting and consolidation team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or Swiss Certified Accountant is an advantage. /li liMinimum 10 years of experience in accounting, consolidation, and reporting within an international or multi-entity environment. /li liExpertise with ERP and consolidation tools, especially in IBM Cognos. /li liTechnical knowledge in accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting. /li liProven experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and coordinating audits. /li liStrong understanding of accounting frameworks, in particular US GAAP/ IFRS and reporting processes. /li liAbility to translate complex financial data into clear, concise information for management. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple levels of the organization. /li liAnalytical and structured mindset combined with a hands‑on approach. /li liLeadership capability to guide and motivate a small, high‑performing team. /li liFluent in English; German language skills beneficial. /li /ul pWe're committed to shaping a better future for everyone. /p pEnergize Your Career and join us on our journey towards a greener tomorrow. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
