As part of this, you will work with all the stakeholders, from architects and Backend Leads to customers, understanding their requirements and supporting them, guiding the team to the solution platform. /pbr /br /ullipExperience architecting rack and datacenters based on OCP solutions /p /lilipWorking knowledge of the OCP standards and reference designs /p /lilipExperience with complex PCB designs, including high frequency signals and tight routing resources /p /lilipKnowledge of scale up and scale out network solutions, like UALink, AFL, Infiniband, Ethernet, UEC and so on, including switching and topologies /p /lilipExperience with datacenter networking /p /lilipExperience with Switch architecture and Ethernet based protocols /p /lilipGood understanding of datacenter infrastructure and management support /p /lilipKnowledge of AI datacenter needs and requirements on hardware and firmware /p /lilipStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail /p /lilipEnglish level C1 /p /lilip8+ years of experience in the role /p /lilipBachelor, Master or PhD /p /li /ul
