For our Sion agency, we are currently looking for an Accounting Manager.

Your main responsibilities:

• Fully and independently manage the accounting of a portfolio of managed and condominium properties;
• Process invoices and mortgage interest;
• Prepare property management statements as well as heating statements;
• Carry out tenant account reconciliations;
• Control owners’ cash flows and make related payments;
• Handle all procedures concerning the takeover and loss of mandates;
• Prepare quarterly and annual closings.

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of successful experience in a similar position;
• CFC or equivalent qualification;
• Team spirit, rigour and precision;
• Good comprehension, adaptability and analytical skills;
• Knowledge of Quorum is an asset.
