Turner Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world. /p ul liManage overall project cost, schedule and budgets. /li liManage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants. /li liAnalyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip. /li liRun and lead client and other required meetings. /li liIdentify the factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data. /li liSupport engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design‑build changes take place during construction. /li liAdvocate on the part of the client during disputes, disagreements, modifications, or change orders. /li liOversee and manage the transfer of the building operations to the client including all close out documentation and warranties. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA degree in electrical or civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline. /li liAt least 10 years of professional experience in the relevant fields, including strong MEP expertise and industrial construction. /li liProven experience in leading or co‑managing complex large‑scale projects and programmes. /li liExtensive knowledge of modern leadership practices, paired with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, as well as a balance of assertiveness and empathy. /li liFluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. /li liConfident use of MS Office applications and spreadsheet tools. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pOur people share our Purpose and Values.
