In just over one year, we’ve gone from our first line of code to deploying real humanoid capabilities.br/ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppWe’re looking for a IT and Security Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of our internal IT and security infrastructure. You’ll be our first dedicated hire in this space and help us take our IT systems to the next level. You'll also manage our IT contractors as needed so that you have the operational support you need. /ppThis is a unique opportunity to understand and advance the IT infrastructure powering the development of state-of-the-art humanoid robots and AI. You’ll work with Flexion’s robots, GPU workstations, servers, cloud infrastructure, modern networking equipment and robot testing areas. You’ll define policies and processes, implement the controls that matter most, and partner with our engineers and contractors to ensure our internal and cloud environments stay secure without slowing the company down. /ppYou’ll work as part of our experienced infrastructure team consisting of senior software engineers (ex Google, Meta, Amazon). br/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliOwn IT end-to-end: Build and manage reliable IT systems for a growing team (≈50), with clear processes for onboarding/offboarding, access, and support. You’ll collaborate with our software engineers and contractors on the implementation and operations when needed. /liliLead security improvements: Build the systems that manage Linux laptops, workstations and servers (provisioning, patching, hardening, posture, inventory).
