The company researches, develops and manufactures all products exclusively in-house. /ppstrong Sentec earned Kununu’s Top Company award in 2025 and 2026. /strong /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliOwn ERP processes and master-data governance: define policies, ensure compliance with FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, and internal standards. /liliSupport ERP roll-out projects in our subsidiaries. /liliAct as ERP expert: configure workflows, resolve issues, implement improvements, and audit data accuracy. /liliManage master-data lifecycle across ERP/CRM (suppliers, customers, materials): creation, updates, validation, and system transfers. /liliOptimize cross-functional workflows (manufacturing, finance, logistics, sales) for efficiency and traceability. /liliEnsure accurate data flow between functions and systems; collaborate with sourcing, regulatory, quality, and finance. /liliServe as central contact for ERP and master-data topics; provide KPIs and actionable insights to management. /li /ul pstrongRequirements /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). /liliAt least 5 years of experience in similar roles /liliKnowledge of Dynamics ERP systems (experience with Business Central is a plus), /liliFamiliarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, MDR) is desired. /liliDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in global, complex data environments. /liliVery good command of English (spoken and written), German proficiency is an advantage /liliExcellent communication skills /li /ulpstrongBenefits /strong /pulliMeaningful activity on products that enable a personalized therapy for patients /liliFlat hierarchy, short decision-making processes, interdisciplinary collaboration /liliOpportunity to contribute and develop your skills in an agile company /li /ul pstrongPolicy for unsolicited applications from recruiters and recruitment agencies /strong /ppWe do not accept any unsolicited applications from recruiters or recruitment agencies without a prior written agreement between both parties.
