This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with commercial responsibility and to make a tangible impact on the future of energy. /p h3How You'll Make An Impact /h3 ul liDevelop and execute sales strategies for your assigned region, driving sustainable business growth and increasing market share within the GIS portfolio /li liBuild, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key customers, EPCs, and partners to identify business opportunities and create long-term value /li liTake ownership of the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and offer preparation to negotiation and successful deal closure /li liCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as engineering, project management, and service teams to deliver competitive and customer-oriented solutions /li liAnalyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to proactively position our portfolio and strengthen our market presence /li liDrive order intake and revenue growth while ensuring alignment with business targets and strategic priorities /li liSupport customers throughout the lifecycle of projects, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further business /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of professional experience in technical sales, key account management, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally within the energy or industrial sector /li liDegree (Bachelor or Master) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field, complemented by a strong commercial understanding /li liProven track record in selling complex technical products or systems, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle and successfully close deals /li liExperience working with customers across different levels and functions, including the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and manage challenging negotiations /li liStrong understanding of the energy market, manufacturing industry, or system business, ideally with exposure to substations or switchgear technologies /li liEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, combined with the ability to work independently and drive topics forward /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams /li liWillingness to travel (approx. 20%) /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pOur flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow. /p pPublication date : /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
