Who are we looking for

Were looking for a Business Analyst to join our clients E-Banking team and help shape the next generation of digital customer experiences.

In this role youll be directly involved in how new features are defined built and launched always with a clear focus on customer value usability and impact. Youll work at the heart of our digital transformation journey turning ideas into real working solutions.

What youll do:

• Create and review functional concepts for E-Banking features and related systems
• Gather analyze and document business and system requirements
• Collaborate closely with specialists business stakeholders and process owners
• Ensure high-quality requirements through validation and acceptance testing
• Support pilot phases and migration projects for new solutions
• Contribute to release communication including newsletters web content and internal updates
• Help ensure smooth coordination between business IT and operations

What you bring:

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst ideally in the financial services industry
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience working in projects and cross-functional teams
• Proactive independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and interest in collaborative environments
• Basic IT understanding and interest in digital products
• Fluent in German and English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SQL (basic queries)
• Experience in project management
• Experience working with digital banking or customer portals
