You will be sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distribution, with monthly deliverables that feed directly into European senior leadership decisions and global US reporting. /p pAs the SOP Manager, you will run the monthly cycle end‑to‑end, consolidate the corporate forecast, discuss channel assumptions, and present a clear picture of where the business is heading to senior leadership. You own the inventory, KPI reporting, and communicate shipment forecasts to our Distribution Centers. And you are the one who knows, at any given moment, what the risks and opportunities are across all channels. /p pBeyond running the process, we expect this role to help us move forward. Our current tools are largely manual, our templates have not been significantly updated in years, and the process has room to be sharper, faster, and more impactful. We expect you to diagnose what needs to change, articulate what better looks like, and drive that improvement progressively while continuing to deliver a reliable monthly cycle. /p h3How You'll Make the Difference /h3 h3Run the monthly SOP cycle /h3 ul liLead monthly channel preparation meetings across all revenue streams to collect inputs and debate assumptions /li liConsolidate the corporate forecast and present it to senior leadership for sign‑off, with clear scenario analysis, risk and opportunity assessment /li liUpdate systems post‑sign‑off and report to global US teams /li /ul h3Own inventory and KPI reporting /h3 ul liTrack inventory KPIs, identify deviations from targets, and recommend corrective actions /li liCommunicate shipment forecasts to Distribution Centers for workforce planning /li liHandle ad hoc analyses driven by business context or requests from regional global Finance and Supply Chain teams /li /ul h3Revamp the process and modernise the tooling /h3 ul liDiagnose current pain points after your first cycles and propose a clear improvement roadmap /li liWork with our analytics team to replace legacy macro‑based tools with fit‑for‑purpose solutions — you will need to articulate what to build, not just what is broken /li liImprove how we collect inputs from channel partners: better templates, sharper questions, earlier visibility on risks /li /ul h3Build the partnerships that make the process work /h3 ul liEstablish trusted‑partner status with channel directors, senior leadership, DC teams, and global stakeholders /li liBe present in the conversations that matter, both in the scheduled reviews and in the informal chats where business insights are shared /li liAdapt how you communicate depending on your audience /li /ul h3You Are /h3 ul liSomeone who has done the detail work and knows how to leave it behind when walking into a leadership room: you can crunch the numbers at granular level and then present a clear, credible story to a VP without getting lost in the weeds /li liComfortable challenging people more senior than you — not confrontationally, but as a trusted partner who brings facts, scenarios, and a point of view /li liSelf‑driven: you do not need daily guidance to structure your work, set your priorities, or decide what to tackle next /li liEnergised by complexity rather than slowed down by it: a monthly cycle that spans six channels, and a legacy toolset is the kind of challenge you find interesting, not overwhelming /li liAble to hold two speeds at once — delivering the process reliably every month while setting aside time to think about how to make it better /li /ul h3You Have /h3 ul liAround 7–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, combining inventory/supply planning, demand planning, and direct SOP management — all three disciplines matter for this role /li liA background in apparel, fashion, outdoor, or another seasonal business with long lead times: the planning dynamics need to feel familiar from day one /li liSolid technical skills: you are confident with Excel, experienced with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), and comfortable working with forecasting tools /li liExperience engaging with senior stakeholders and operating in a cross‑functional, matrix environment /li liFluency in English, the working language of the role; additional European languages are a plus /li /ul h3Perks Benefits /h3 ul liSignificant discounts on Columbia and Sorel products /li liSoft mobility policy (Geneva office only) /li liHealth insurance allowance for employees in Switzerland /li liPilates and yoga classes on our premises, and running groups or sports activities /li liUnlimited access to LinkedIn Learning /li liA monthly Learning Hour for training, discovery and learning /li liUnlock your potential: access to in‑house training courses (feedback, leadership, Insights®…) /li liDEI initiatives to exchange and strengthen our involvement around these themes /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
