Our mission is simple: to ensure bhappy and healthy patients, successful clinicians, and passionate partners /b through the least invasive and clinically proven treatments. /p h3MISSION /h3 pAs a bProject Purchaser /b, you will be responsible for managing purchasing activities related to new product development and product improvement projects. /p pActing as a key interface between RD, Industrialization, Supply Chain, and suppliers, you will ensure the availability of goods and services under the best conditions in terms of cost, quality, and lead time. /p pYou will contribute directly to project profitability, supplier performance, and Supply Chain reliability while supporting EMS’s purchasing strategy and long-term supplier partnerships. /p h3TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Project Purchasing Product Development /h3 ul liParticipate in product development, industrialization, and product improvement projects from early stages /li liAnalyze technical and functional requirements and define appropriate purchasing strategies /li liAssess purchasing impacts related to new products, including costs, supplier capabilities, risks, and lead times /li liIdentify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers in collaboration with Commodity Buyers and internal stakeholders /li /ul h3Sourcing Supplier Negotiation /h3 ul liManage supplier consultations, RFQs, and negotiations at an international level /li liNegotiate commercial, contractual, and logistical conditions in line with project objectives /li liSupport the implementation of supplier and logistics agreements /li liEnsure competitiveness and proper application of negotiated conditions and pricing /li /ul h3Supplier Supply Chain Management /h3 ul liContribute to the rationalization and development of the supplier panel /li liBuild and maintain long-term supplier relationships /li liAssess and anticipate Supply Chain risks (capacity, dependency, quality, geopolitical risks, lead times, etc.) /li liMonitor supplier performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Cross-functional Collaboration Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with RD, Industrialization, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams /li liEnsure effective communication with internal stakeholders throughout project phases /li liContribute to the optimization of purchasing and Supply Chain processes and tools /li liIdentify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements /li /ul h3PROFILE REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liDegree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in project purchasing, strategic sourcing, or Supply Chain within an industrial environment /li liExperience in an international and technical environment is a strong advantage /li liStrong negotiation and supplier management skills /li liGood understanding of Supply Chain and industrial processes /li liAbility to analyze technical requirements and manage complex projects /li liStrong analytical, organizational, and decision‑making skills /li liAbility to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems /li liFluent in French and English; any additional language is a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
