Stellenbeschreibung
  • Drive implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain due diligence and sustainability compliance across EMEA
  • Monitor and ensure procurement compliance with sustainability regulations standards and EU requirements
  • Assess track validate and report supplier ESG performance data
  • Maintain and improve sustainability group data dashboards KPIs and reporting tools
  • Coordinate communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders on sustainability topics for EMEA
  • Support supplier engagement corrective actions and data collection activities
  • Contribute to carbon data collection Scope 3 emissions and Product Carbon Footprint initiatives for EMEA
  • Identify opportunities for low-carbon materials and responsible sourcing
  • Participate in sustainability initiatives (e.g. Together for Sustainability) continuous improvement initiatives)
  • Act as a key interface between procurement suppliers and internal teams

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor in Sustainability/Environmental Science Supply Chain Management or similar
  • Experience in Sustainability ESG or Supply Chain Management
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with sustainability data reporting and dashboards
  • Self-driven structured and proactive working style
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions
  • Familiarity with GHG accounting Scope 3 or supplier sustainability is a plus
