The experiences you gain here will be more valuable than anywhere else, so, whenever you join, however long you stay, the exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime. /p pbYour key responsibilities /b /p liContribute to engagement teams to realize clients’ strategy, process, people, and technology transformations /li liParticipate in transformational technology consulting engagements: Technology Strategy Assessment Business/technology/solution architecture Business and IT Requirements definition IT process design Transformational technology program management Design and improvement of IT operating models ServiceNow and Microsoft technologies advisory /li liWork effectively and independently as a team member, and lead small teams of 2-3 consultants, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior leadership on progress /li liProvide guidance and quality assurance for end-to-end deliverables to the more junior team members /li liEnd to end ownership of high-quality work products for clients and other related parties in timely manner /li liFull accountability of project financials and compliance topics /li liAnticipate, identify and manage risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior members of the team /li liDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with senior clients’ personnel /li liBuild strong internal relationships within EY Consulting and with other services across the organization /li liFollow our educational program to continually develop personal skills and capabilities /li liContribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting and retaining consulting professionals /li pbWhat we look for /b /p liMaster’s degree from a reputable University with excellent academic records /li li6+ years of experience in Big4 consultancies, Strategy Houses or similar department within industry organizations or niche consultancies /li liPeople and project management experience /li liSenior client management experience /li liCustomer-centricity, strong interpersonal skills – a Team Player! /li liStrong analytical thinking, problem solving skills, presentation and communication skills /li liStrong sense of ownership and commitment /li liExcellent analytical skills for both business and technology solutions to enable the development of business process and/or technical solutions, including analyzing business and technology problems in a clear concise manner /li liBefore all, you have a keen interest in Technology.
