Sales Associates Chinese Speaking

The Embassy Kirchhofer Group, with locations in Interlaken, Grindelwald, and Lucerne, is today one of the largest retailers for high-quality watches and jewelry in Switzerland and stands for the highest quality in the traditional Swiss watch market.

For our stores in Interlaken of Omega and Breguet & Blancpain we are looking for qualified, in watches experienced candidates.

Your tasks

• To be a strong and proactive sales associate
• Ensure that each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment, maintaining outstanding standards with solid product knowledge. This includes also taking care of the repairs. Negotiate and handle objections with ease
• Active networking, maintaining and expanding our customer base
• Assisting with the presentation of our sales areas, display windows and showcases
• Understand and comply with all security and operational policies
• Ensuring a positive team culture and employee motivation
• Ensuring that the Embassy Kirchhofer Group is appropriately represented, and that our stores comply with the brand guidelines.

• Passion – A high degree of empathy and intercultural competence in dealing with our national and international customers.
• Excellence & Experience – In-depth and strong experience in the sale of luxury goods with 2 to 5 years operational experiences in the watch/jewelry sector.
• Agility – Need to showcase your sales performance and customer skills as well as product knowledge and sales technique. You must be able to work Saturday and Sunday consistently.
• Togetherness – Teamwork and mutual respect are a matter of course for you. You have a hands-on mentality and actively contribute to the success of the company.
• Openness – You communicate verbally and in writing in Chinese and have a very good knowledge of English. Any other languages is a plus.
• Integrity – You are a trustworthy personality with initiative who, thanks to your sensitivity and resilience, complements the existing strong team spirit very well. It would be an advantage if you live in the Interlaken area and have relevant contacts in the industry.
