ppbJob Description /b /p /ppAs a Lead Project Manager, your role will consist of two parts: Project Management and Corporate/Departmental Assignments. /ppProject Management responsibilities include: /pliManagement of small (5 countries and/or limited services) and medium sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) projects under general supervision with primary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget /liliPerforming the project co-manager’s role in complex international projects/programs with secondary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget /liliAdherence to and promotion of principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers /liliProject team leadership /lipCorporate/Departmental Assignments include: /pliTraining, mentoring and coaching of study team members. /liliParticipation in feasibility research /liliAssistance in business development tasks, such as development of proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings, and the like /liliImplementation of company standard practices and compliance with intradepartmental procedures /libr/ppbQualifications /b /p /pliAt least 5-year industry experience in clinical research /liliAt least 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience, including management of all project phases from startup to closure /liliExperience in Oncology is preferred, experience in Gastroenterology and/or radipharmaceuticals is a plus /libr/ppbAdditional Information /b /p /p
