Export & Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) Join a dynamic international environment at the intersection of logistics compliance and quality.

CK QLS are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export & Logistics Coordinator to strengthen our clients team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment enjoys working with international partners and has a strong interest in logistics and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee temperature-controlled air and road shipments across national and international routes
  • Plan and manage shipping activities in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Prepare and manage export documentation including proforma invoices packing lists and dangerous goods certificates
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Process customs declarations using systems such as ExpoVit
  • Act as the central point of contact for all export-related inquiries within the organisation
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in export and/or import operations
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with a high attention to detail
  • A proactive structured and independent working style
  • High level of responsibility and commitment to quality
  • Excellent German and good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Solid IT skills; experience with SAP is an advantage
