You will work primarily in the office, with the flexiblity to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week). /ppbWhat you will do: /b /ppAs the central Supply Chain (SC) leader and liaison for your assigned projects, you will bridge the gap between clients and internal teams to ensure flawless operational execution. /pliAct as the "go-to" SC expert in internal and client meetings, advocating for customer needs and resolving escalations. /liliInterface between PM, Procurement, Quality, MSAT, and Ops to mitigate E2E risks (material availability, warehousing constraints, delivery conflicts). /liliForecast 3–5 year material needs, align Master Production Schedules (MPS), and ensure SAP/BOM data accuracy. /liliOversee vendor POs, coordinate complex inbound/outbound logistics, and optimize E2E inventory via SMOG and safety stock processes. /liliDrive local and global SC tool development and mentor new team members. /lipbWhat we are looking for: /b /plipBachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field (Master's is a plus); proven SC experience, ideally within Pharma or CDMO. /p /lilipStrong analytical abilities to track KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and align E2E supply planning with manufacturing strategy. /p /lilipStrong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. /p /lilipTrack record of driving cross-functional solutions, anticipating delivery risks, and managing E2E operations. /p /lilipExceptional communication, presentation, and networking skills to influence leaders and clients; fluent in English (German is a plus). /p /lipbAbout Lonza /b /ppAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
