IT Application Solutions Lead (80-100%)

Location: Wangen b. Dübendorf

Your mission:

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of a Salesforce-based cloud solution (Riskonnect) and additional corporate IT applications. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT, and external suppliers, ensuring high-quality solution design, integration, and delivery aligned with Skyguide's IT strategy.

Your tasks:

• Own end-to-end software solutions and architecture, ensuring integration within the corporate IT landscape, with a primary focus on Salesforce-based Riskonnect and additional corporate IT applications
• Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to translate needs into clear technical requirements, providing guidance and knowledge transfer
• Lead technical delivery across the full solution lifecycle, from requirements and design to deployment, go-live, and operational support
• Ensure high-quality delivery through impact analysis, release planning, and alignment with business processes
• Maintain stable operations via proactive monitoring, coordinated releases, and 2nd/3rd-level support, including vendor and access management.
• Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to translate needs into clear technical requirements, providing guidance and knowledge transfer
• Drive continuous improvement and future-ready solutions, contributing to IT roadmap alignment and annual budget planning

What we are looking for:

• Hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally including Riskonnect, Experience Cloud, and custom applications; willing to learn additional platforms
• Strong understanding of user and access management, APIs and integrations, and data models/database
• Experience with software testing, release management, external vendors, and risk management environments is an advantage
• Knowledge of business domains - ATM operational safety, information or physical security, audit, or compliance frameworks - is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business language
• Flexibility: You adapt quickly to changing situations, stay open to new ideas and feedback, and step in where needed to support your team
• Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions

• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
