ppbJob Description /b /p /pliManages medium-sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) or large (15 countries, full service) projects/programs under general supervision, with primary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget. /liliAdheres to and promotes principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers. /liliLeads project teams. /liliPerforms project supervision of small (5 countries and/or limited services) projects/programs. /liliSupervises the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget, adhering to and promoting principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers. /liliActs as a primary escalation contact for PSI customers, vendors, project teams and representatives of other functional areas for all project-related issues. /liliTrains, mentors and coaches Regional Project Leads and Project Managers in the department /liliParticipates in feasibility research. /liliSupports business development tasks, such as development of proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings, and the like. /liliImplements company standard practices and compliance with intradepartmental procedures. /libr/ppbQualifications /b /p /pliAt least 7 years of industry experience in clinical research /liliAt least 4 years of global, project-level clinical project management experience, including management of all project phases from startup to closure, management of all functional services, vendor management. /liliExperience managing global projects /liliExperience in Gastroenterology is preferred, Oncology and radiopharmaceutical experience is a plus /libr/ppbAdditional Information /b /p /p
