QUALITY INSPECTOR / TECHNICIAN

ppbbMISSION /b /b /p /p pEnsure that the industrial processes are on the target quality levels fixed by the company and its customers, carrying out measurement tasks, inspection and quality controls, using for that the specific instrument to each product or manufacturing process. /p ppbbGENERAL FUNCTIONS /b /b /p /p liAnalyze and check the raw materials, components, intermediate and finished products in a thorough way and compare the results with the provided specifications. /li liIdentify the products and processes those are susceptible to be improved through a quality analysis. /li liCooperate with other departments in the analysis of the quality problems. /li liCarry out the register and documentation of the control quality actions achieved, informing of its results and conclusions. /li liObserve Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto. /li liActively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department. /li p(*) The duties described are only the most typical of this position and are in no way a comprehensive list. /p ppbbPOSITION REQUIREMENTS /b /b /p /p bAcademic background: /b pBasic qualifications /p bLanguages: /b Basic English (written and spoken) bExperience: /b Minimum of 1 year in a similar position ppbbOTHER SPECIFICATIONS /b /b /p /p bAdditional training: /b pUnderstanding of plans and measurement tolls, product knowledge, quality and environmental systems. /p pKnowledge in current legislation as IATF, automotive standards, basic VDA core tools, Customer Specific Standards and risk basic thinking. /p p* /p
