In a fast‑growing insurtech scale‑up, you will balance regulatory rigor with business pragmatism, serving as a trusted advisor while building a scalable compliance infrastructure. If you want to shape an end‑to‑end compliance function with real autonomy, this role is for you. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul listrongRisk management: /strong Own and maintain grape's compliance risk universe across data protection (FADP and GDPR), economic sanctions, third‑party oversight, anti‑bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, and fraud prevention. /li listrongTooling: /strong Own grape's compliance tooling, driving automation and process improvements to build a scalable compliance function. /li listrongPolicies documentation: /strong Develop and update internal compliance policies, procedures, and clear process documentation.
