Ensuring the technical vision and roadmap enables their current and future business ambitions /p /lilipEnsure platform scalability, reliability, performance, and security, embedding non-functional requirements (NFRs), observability, automation, and resilience-by-design principles /p /lilipLead the prioritisation and delivery of platform features and capabilities, collaborating with Product Manager, Scrum Masters, Development Teams, System Architect, and Release Train Engineer to coordinate work across Agile teams /p /lilipOwn the platform backlog, ensuring clear initiatives, features, and user stories. Prioritise the delivery, balancing trade-offs between innovation, tech debt reduction, and operational stability /p /lilipServe as the primary technical escalation point for incidents, problems, audits, and risk findings related to the platform /p /lilipEstablish and monitor SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs; leverage metrics and OKRs to measure platform health, usage, team performance, and business value delivered /p /lilipDrive standardisation, reuse, and simplification across the platform ecosystem to reduce complexity, improve interoperability, and accelerate time-to-market /p /lilipCoach and guide Technical Leads, and development teams, fostering best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and incident response /p /lilipShape the target operating model for platform operations—including staffing, governance, RACI definitions, and handover processes—supporting sustainable growth and efficient run-models /p /lilipRepresent the platform in executive forums and governance bodies, articulating progress, risks, investments, and strategic decisions to stakeholders across technology and business areas /p /lippbbYOUR PROFILE /b /b /p /plipBachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field /p /lilipMinimum of 10 years of experience in technology roles within large, regulated enterprises—preferably in financial services /p /lilipProven experience owning, leading or scaling large-scale data platforms – preferably big data technology /p /lilipTrack record with defining and delivering technical platform visions and roadmaps in enterprise environments /p /lilipHands-on exposure to modern data technologies such as Apache Spark / Iceberg, Trino, Kafka, Kubernetes, Snowflake/Databricks, Hadoop ecosystems, or equivalent /p /lilipStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines /p /lilipTrack record in managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple technical teams, vendors, and domains—demonstrating influence without direct authority /p /lilipFamiliarity with risk and compliance frameworks applicable to Swiss financial institutions and experience addressing audit points or IT risk items /p /lilipExceptional technical leadership and systems thinking, able to balance short-term delivery with long-term platform sustainability /p /lilipStrong communication skills on all levels.
