StellenbeschreibungpWe are expanding our Global Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues and leaders joining us in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Head of Data Security reporting to Head of Digital Security at Liebherr International. The scope of duties includes the following: /p ppbResponsibilities: /b /p /p pOversees the organization’s global data security strategy and implementation to protect sensitive data assets across IT, OT and Cloud Environments, as well as Global Leadership of Data Security Team, Products and Services. /p liDevelop and implement a comprehensive data security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. /li liOversee data security, labeling, and access control mechanisms in collaboration with Data Governance. /li liImplement and manage data encryption and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions. /li liManage data encryption and key management systems (e.g. PKI) /li liDevelop and enforce data protection strategies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR) in collaboration with Data Protection. /li liConduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in data storage, processing, and transmission. /li liCollaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to secure sensitive data across all platforms. /li liManage incident response for data breaches, including investigation, remediation, and reporting. /li liImplement monitoring and technical auditing mechanisms to track data access and usage across the organization. /li liDrive data security awareness and training programs to reinforce best practices among employees. /li ppbCompetencies: /b /p /p liBachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. /li li5+ years in cybersecurity and 3+ years in a leadership role. /li liFollowing certificates are preferred; CISSP or CISM. /li liEnglish is a Must, German and French are a plus. /li liExcellent knowledge of data security concepts, principles including data governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) /li liKnowledge of data security technologies and tools (e.g., DLP, cloud encryption, tokenization). /li liExperience with cryptographic solutions and protocols (e.g., PKI, PGP, KMS, HSM) /li liAbility to think critically and solve complex problems /li liAbility to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences /li liAbility to manage and collaborate with stakeholders /li liProject management /li liReadiness for global travel /li ppbOur offer: /b /p /p pWe offer you a secure job, progressive and family-friendly employment conditions such as flexible working hours, hybrid working and opportunities for further training /p
