StellenbeschreibungReporting to the Head Corporate IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and support of all corporate and global computing resources across both cloud and on-premises environments. You will support the corporate team in defining and implementing computing standards, documenting those standards, and ensuring their effective adoption through clear communication, ongoing support, and continuous monitoring.br/ br/Main tasks include: br/liOperating core infrastructure – manage and maintain servers, virtual machines, operating systems, and core systems such as domain controllers, DHCP, DNS, PKI CA, and other critical computing facilities /liliBackup and data protection – ensure reliable backup, restore, and data protection processes /liliLifecycle and automation management – oversee updates, upgrades, replacements, automation initiatives, and other activities required to maintain a secure and efficient computing landscape /liliPerformance and cost monitoring – monitor system performance, manage incidents and optimize resource usage to maintain an effective, cost-conscious computing environment /liliPlanning and budgeting – plan and budget for equipment and software purchases to ensure alignment with computing goals /liliVendor and partner management – cooperate and manage external consultants and service providers /li liTraining and knowledge transfer – provide training and facilitate knowledge transfer within the organization /liliSLA and KPI implementation – support the implementation of SLA, KPI, and other metrics required to maintain an effective and reliable computing environment /liSuccess in this role requires an in-depth knowledge of:br/liMicrosoft technologies (Azure, Windows ADFS, Windows Servers, SCOM, SCCM, Office 365) /lilion-premises computing (domain controllers, DHCP, DNS, operating systems, database management) /lilivirtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V /liliLinux operating systems /liliCisco Meraki, Fortinet Firewall and SD-WAN technology /liliITIL concepts, processes incident, problem, and change /li br/The requirements for this position include a degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, along with several years of relevant professional experience in a production 24/7, high-availability, multi-site enterprise ERP environment. br/You work effectively within a small, collaborative team, take a hands-on approach, and bring strong problem-solving and project management skills.
