Tasks

You should be excited by

• Building a product that automates complex compliance workflows.
• Figuring out how AI changes the way software is built.

You'll work directly with the senior founders to tackle both.

Some problems will look like product engineering.

Some will look like AI engineering. Some will look a lot like research.

You'll help us build product features, improve AI-powered workflows, and continuously push the boundary of what can be automated.

As we grow, you'll help shape the product, the architecture, and the engineering culture of the company.

Requirements

We're less interested in your credentials than your trajectory.

We don't have a predefined model of what a great engineer looks like.

Great engineers come from different backgrounds, think differently, and solve problems differently.

What matters to us is that you:

• Are excited by the idea that AI is changing how software is built.
• Have strong engineering fundamentals.
• Learn quickly.
• Take ownership.
• Enjoy solving difficult problems.
• Care about outcomes more than titles.
• Want to build one of the first Swiss AI-native service companies, not just a product.
• Are customer-oriented, product-driven, understand the business domain, and make it a first-class citizen of the engineering work.
